1. Healthy communication Communication with customers should be based on mutual respect and understanding. If customer harassment occurs, our staff will withhold action and may consider legal action depending on the situation.
Example 1: Commanding words or tone <br>Using commanding words or tone towards staff is customer harassment. For example, demanding something like "do this right away."
Example 2: Threatening words or behaviour <br>Threatening words or behaviour towards staff or other customers is not tolerated, for example threatening legal action.
2. Respect for staff Our customer support team will do their best to assist you in your search for help and to find a solution, but they are human beings too and deserve to be respected, so we ask that you communicate in a cooperative manner.
