Q When will my order arrive?

A Ships within 3-10 days / Pre-orders are scheduled to ship in 1-3 weeks

If you order other products together, we will ship them all together after the products arrive.

Q I would like to check if my order has been completed.

A You will receive an automatic confirmation email after completing your order. You can check the status of your order by checking your email, or if you have an account, you can check the status of your order from "Order History".

If you do not receive the email, please check your spam box. Most carrier emails (au/docomo/softbank) are rejected by the spam filter, so they cannot be used.

Q Can I always purchase the product when I place an order?

ASince we receive orders from many customers at the same time, there may be rare cases where the product is sold out due to misunderstandings, etc., and delivery is not possible.

In addition, there are many cases in which an unexpected product defect is discovered at the time of shipping, etc., and a replacement stock cannot be prepared.

Q Can I cancel? Can I change the color or size?

AWe do not accept any cancellation after ordering. Since import customs clearance fees and purchase fees are incurred at the time of purchase, we cannot accept any cancellations even before the product has been shipped. For the above reasons, we cannot accept color/size exchanges or product exchanges after an order has been placed.

A "We are a Japanese company primarily targeting the Japanese market. We carefully select products manufactured in China and ship them directly from China. The majority of apparel products in Japan are produced in Chinese factories. We meticulously choose each item and conduct inspections to ensure the highest quality before shipping them to our customers. We kindly request that you consider this when making a purchase. If you cannot accept that our products are made in China and shipped from China, please refrain from making a purchase. Your purchase will be considered as an agreement to these terms."

The product images are posted as close to the actual product as possible. Please be sure to check the image on the product page for the color and design. *There may be differences in color depending on your monitor settings.

All products are imported from countries other than Japan. You may see something like:

・Slightly attached buttons ・Folding during transportation ・Different images ・No holes in buttonholes ・Embroidery misalignment ・Fraying Protrusion of agent / paint ・Due to the characteristics of the product, there is a strong smell
・Changes in fabrics, colors and designs due to reproduction ・Differences in size

・Uneven colors of resin and bead products (accessories, goods, etc.)

Q Please tell me which country the product is from

・Our store is a select shop that sells selected products from overseas (countries other than Japan). Not made in Japan. Please be aware of this before purchasing.

A Please handle it gently by hand washing, etc., based on the customer's judgment. We recommend that you avoid washing with other clothes to prevent color transfer. Please be careful of color transfer due to physical contact, etc., other than washing.

 

 


 

 

Q Please tell me about the handling of accessory products.

 When storing, avoid places exposed to direct sunlight or high temperatures.
・If sweat, water or sebum adheres, wipe carefully with a soft, dry cloth.

・Entering a bath, hot spring, or pool while wearing accessories may damage the product. (Excluding stainless steel products)
 If you do not use it for a long time, we recommend storing it in an airtight bag. Dullness due to oxidation is less likely to progress, and scratches caused by dust and accessories colliding with each other are prevented, making it last longer.
 
・Gold-coated products are coated with a thin film over brass or silver. As time passes and wear is repeated, the coating will peel off and the base material will become visible. When moisture, sebum, or sweat adheres, the coating will last longer by gently cleaning it with a dry, soft cloth and avoiding friction.

 

 

Q Can I use it even if I have a metal allergy?

A Please note that we cannot answer whether or not the product will cause an allergic reaction, as it depends on the individual's physical constitution, contact with the skin, and how the product is worn, such as when it is exposed to sweat or moisture. Please check the material information and make your own judgment as to whether or not you can wear it. Also, if you have any skin abnormalities, stop using it immediately and consult a specialist. We do not accept returns for allergies.
 
We do not guarantee that allergy-free products will not cause allergies to everyone, as the causes of allergic reactions differ from person to person, even if the products are made of materials that do not cause allergies or are plated.

Q I was absent for a long time and could not receive it. What should I do?

A Products that have passed the storage period will be disposed of at the distribution center for a fee, so we cannot accept any kind of response such as re-shipment or refund under any circumstances.

If you contact us before disposing of the item, you can resend it by paying the return shipping fee + re-shipping fee + handling fee (depending on weight and distance). We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not take any responsibility for products that have been discarded by the customer.
